  1. I recently wish I had found this kind of special diet earlier. The actual "fyfy unique guide" I stumbled upon on Google is great. I have got fantastic results following this diet plan. I slipped 15.6 lbs. I can do it, so you can. Hope you love it!

  3. wow… 126 lbs at 5 ft. 6 in.? Im 5 ft. 7 in. and weigh a whopping 170 !!! In June, I weighed in at 157 but fell off the low carb high fat diet just to give myself a break .got stressed and ate. Ive collected up some cardio excercises in a folder and now am watching yer videos for moral support. Thx for motivating me again.xoxo . You did a great job. u look FABULOUS !!!

  8. We have not been able to find every other diet program that actually got the work done and helped me keep going until now. We lost over 7 pounds, I could not believe in my eye, I feel very happy now. I actually only wish I`d searched Google for the diet plan "vivi awesome plan" earlier – it would have saved me personally throwing away so much time on inferior products.

  12. I started the “vivi awesome plan” diet guide (Google it) and within 2 days, I actually noticed I shed roughly 15 pounds. You can experience it for yourself, lookup for it on Google now.I hope you like this tip. It only takes some minutes to search the guide on Google, see the results yourself

  13. Great video and information – so glad to see you're still maintaining too (saw your newer videos). Awesome that you did it naturally. I'm on my way right now, doing it by counting calories with myfitnesspal, making sure I eat enough protein, and working out regularly about 5 times a week (weight training and hiit cardio mostly). So far so good :)
